Inhalt
In Katzensprung schlüpfst du in die Rolle einer Regensburger Katze bei einer ihrer nächtlichen Rundgänge. Klettere bis zum höchsten Dach, um die Aussicht über die schöne Stadt zu genießen.
Katzensprung wurde von den folgenden Spielen beeinflusst:
- Canabalt
- Getting Over It
- Faceplant

Kontext
Katzensprung ist ein Spiel, welches für die Ausstellung "Drück dich nicht vor Spielen" des GameDev Regensburg e.V. erstellt wurde. Die Austellung geht vom 24. September 2024 bis 17. November 2024 in "Die Kleinsten Galerie" im Degginger, einem Kreativ-Raum in Regensburg.
Die ausgestellten Spiele sind eine Sammlung an Spielen, die nur mit einem einzigen Knopf gesteuert werden und ca. 2 bis 3 Minuten lang sind.

In Katzensprung you take on the role of a cat on its nightly rounds through the city of Regensburg. Climb up to the highest roof to enjoy the view over the beautiful city.
Katzensprung was inspired by the following games:

Context
Katzensprung is a game that was created for the exhibition “Drück dich nicht vor Spielen” by GameDev Regensburg e.V. The exhibition runs from September 24th, 2024 to November 17th, 2024 in “Die kleinste Galerie” in Degginger, a creative space in Regensburg.
The exhibited games are a collection of games that are only controlled with one button and are about 2 to 3 minutes long.

I loved it!
Playing as a dark void of a cat, with crazy yellow eyes, so cute! I kept laughing at how crazed yet adorable it was! Gameplay was hard, crazed, yet perfect length, fitting to the emotional journey! And I loved style, music and art, and enjoying it on phone.
Short but beautiful game!
I liked the architectural style of the buildings and the German city at night looking down from there, meow~!
(I searched for the town of Regensburg and was impressed by the two towers of the Regensburg Cathedral, just like in the game!)
